Logo For Brunel University London's LGBTQA+ Society

The core basis was taken from the coat of arms of Brunel which is used in the university's logo, The LGBTQA+ Society was interested in replicating this. I therefore traced it in illustrator and changed the brush type till I found something that looked aesthetically pleasing.
From the feedback of the work above, I came to the final design which was utilising various aspects of each.
